I bought this card, as it came highly recommended all over (including on wp).
However, after a few days, suddenly the right channel has lost a tonne of volume. I believe its the same issue as

and
I am using w7 64-bit. It's not a problem with the speakers as I've tried them on another device and it works fine.
I've tried reseating the card, checked all the contacts and the external power supply, all checks out.
Anybody had any experience with this?
mobo is an old gigabyte p35-ds3p http://www.gigabyte.com.au/pr
I remember also having this problem once very briefly. All I did AFAIK was simply reinstall the drivers, and then all was fixed. Been working well ever since.
I agree with the above poster, I had the issue aswell with some audio-engines and the DX.
I just installed the UNI drivers and the issue went away, it also improved stability.
:(. Reinstalling the driver and doing a cold reboot does fix the problem, but only very temporarily. This happens like twice a day and is making me want to go back to onboard. Doubt I can get a warranty claim/refund from PCCG though.
One note, psu is rated at 400w, it would seem. It's running an old C2D and a GTX 250 as .. who knows. Not getting any other problems with graphics etc.
Didn't notice an improvement with UNI drivers, but whatever I'll stay with them.
