I'm new here, please be nice

Already have a domain name but looking for a good host with servers in Melbourne.

Envisage a small business site with disk space of 500mb to 1gig being ample and bandwidth of 5gig to 10gig being OK.

Prepared to pay up to $30/month

I'll be rebuilding a site then repointing the dns when ready and cancelling the old host. Main thing is it has to have Aussie IP address and preferably be located in Melbourne.

I did spend a lot of time reading here but many servers were either USA or Syd, ACT, Bris and I really want Melbourne.

Hightekhosting have a server in Melbourne from what I've heard, and I've never heard a negative comment about them.
