No It's ok here. Log into members area and "request ip address" and check to see if your ip address begins with 114.xx.xx.xx

If it does this is your problem, and they are trying to fix it.

Every time what? Reboot and check your IP address, if it is a 114.x one then reboot again until you get a 219.x or 122.x IP. Then MSN sites will be fine. If your modem drops out and you end up with a 114.x IP again, repeat above :)

seems like a waste of my time. tried this morning have had no luck... neither hotmail or bbc.co.uk work for me now.

not getting news.bbc.co.uk when on a 114.xxx.xxx.xxx but after a reboot of the modem can get this with a 219.xxx.xxx.xxx. A traceroute just times out on the 114 IP

no as I have no idea what you are asking...

but thanks for asking, I have rebotted a couple of times to get a better IP address.

Why not fix the problem.....which knowing the professionalism of Adam they will in the fullness of time.

Working as I do for another ISP I am aware that problems upline can sometimes take a little bit longer
