my account/connection is being shaped to 56k speeds and i'm only getting 7kb/s when it should not be

my download quota says:

Traffic Remaining Before You Are Shaped
Monthly Summary
Period Usage Remaining
Peak 19972 Mb
Off Peak 19398 Mb

can this be fixed please
i upgraded from the 1500/20 plan to the 1500/40 plan using the 'change immidiately option' the other day

unfortunately they can not help here, you will have to ring netspace tomorrow

since you would have to transmit your account info via whirlpool which is not allowed, your best option is to call where the line is secure for account verification to take place.

did you get a return email with a ticket # if so post your ticket # details here then a online rep may be able to help you

I reset my modem every couple of days and I always have top speed.

I think its the Netcomm modem I have.
Later this year I will research and get a better one.

Get the NB6PLUS4W. They rock. I moved up from a Netcomm NB1300 as well.

Instant 2mbit gain in speed to. I was rapt!

Ping times also went from 70ms to 49ms.
