tell me how do u exactly login to email? if webmail is taking too long, u do know u can use microsoft outlook/outlook express etc.

If you want your problem solved, i suggest put some effort to wait on the phone, and speak to helpdesk.

Ranting on Whirlpool is not going to solve your problem. If you want your issue fixed, wait and speak to helpdesk.

As others said, call BP and they will sort it out... Thats what tech support is for.

Heh, Bigpond actually have tech support, not like Exetel, I guess you'd be up the creek without a paddle if you were with them.

- Sorry, that time I am on rage after playing Warcraft smoothly at 4am-6am (till I played at that time because most of the time it's up and down. And of course I play it when the internet not capped) and at 6am-7am it's starting to on and off again then I posted.
It's true I disconnected almost 20 times, banned from almost all host now and get new name "Lagger" or "Leaver". (maybe you don't know what it feel)
