Cisco, starting from $800+

Get a SpeedTouch 546 which is a business grade modem, the best after Cisco; or a Billion 7402LM which is easier to use.

DG834 does not work with IPTV because it only has one PVC connection.

Get a Web Excel AL-2108 or TP-Link TD-8840. Both supports IPTV at around $50.

Hi

They are both the same apart from VOIP, the 7401VGPM has 1 phone port that supports 1 VOIP provider whilst the 7404VGPM has 2 ports that supports up to 10 VOIP providers.

It was mentioned above that VOIP wasn't a priority hence I suggested the cheapest option, the 7401VGPM, if you will be needing more than 1 provider then go for the 7404VGPM.

Cheers

OP does not need wireless, so Billion 7402LM is actually cheaper.
