Hey, just wondering which ISPs let you disable intereaving on ADSL2+ nowadays?

Last I checked it was only: Bigpond, iinet and Internode?

Any new ones? DO the ones I listed Still allow you to disable it?

Thanks

I don't even think Bigpond let you do it. From what i've heard, it's only iinet and internode.

the first check is that the ISP needs to own the hardware directly, wich rules out most adsl2 offerings.

secondly, having some decent customer support is a good indicator that they will spend the time making those types of changes on your behalf.

lastly, it is adsl2 only. as all adsl1 is from telstra, they are not going to change it as it increases issues on the line and so increases support calls.

It also depends on the hardware that the ISP has, and if it has been setup to allow the interleaving setting to be changed.

I have serious doubts that Bigpond would allow users to make those changes?

Bigpond do allow interleaving to be turned off but only on their ADSL2+ plans if your not on a stability profile.
