Howdy,

I have my xbox live account about to end soon, Now last time i used my CC card to renew the subscription. Now my question is do i manual have to click ok on the xbox to renew or will it do it automatic.

I dont think i will bother with live as i am finding i am not using it as much anymore.

Cheers

yes it has to be manualy requested.

if that is the case dont renew. then if you do want to renew to play with some mates just upgrade then. no point renewing just because your GOLD expired if your not going to use it

Thanks for your reply,

Yeah i just hoping it wasnt going to automatic take out another year worth of fees for xbox live when i am not going to be using it much

plus i have about 6 months worth of 1 month free live accounts. So i think i will only use that when i want to play with some friends or a new game has came out that multiplayer based.

Cheers

i got about another 3 months of 1 month GOLD pass aswell :)

but IMO to make the most of the xbox you really need GOLD. guess depends on your situation but atleast 4 of my mates have the 360 so im always online.

what games do you play?

Mate turns out you need to call xbox customer support to cancel your auto renew and remove the CC details.

I am finding i really only play games on my ps 3 as most of my mates are now ps 3 owners.

MS are so quick to take caSh, but it's a pain in the ass to get them to stop.

Signing up is an effortless breeze, to cancel, a different story.
