Seems Leopard kills the Mbox from working. I am having issues getting audio out from it now. It says its connected etc but nothing is coming out.

Information on Pro Tools Compatibility with Mac OS X Leopard 24/10/07
Digidesign is excited about Apple’s new Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) release, and is working closely with Apple to bring support for the entire Pro Tools® product line to Apple’s latest operating system. Because Pro Tools software will not function with Leopard at this time, please wait to upgrade your operating system if you’re using Pro Tools on a Mac until we officially announce Leopard support.
Initial Leopard-compatibility with Pro Tools will not include support for Avid Mojo® and Avid Mojo® SDI, however support for Avid® video peripherals is expected in a future Pro Tools compatibility update.
For the latest Pro Tools compatibility information and software updates, please visit the Support section of the Digidesign website.

Yes, but 7.4 is still only for Tiger. DigiDesign is always slow to upgrade their products to the latest version of the OS, even in the point releases.
Cheers

I got a response from Digidesign about this issue.
Unfortunately, none of the Core Audio Driver nor Digidesign hardware supports OS10.5 Leopard. Please refer to the following URL for more info on Core Audio Driver and it's requirement. It is clearly stated that Core Audio Driver 7.4 (the latest version) supports OS10.4.x.
www.digidesign.com/index...=54&itemid=24268
Digidesign is currently working on the testing of Pro Tools LE hardware & software and the Core Audio Driver on OS10.5 Leopard and the compatible version of the software and the driver should be released in the future. Also, some of the Digidesign LE hardware should be supported for its' use on OS10.5. Please visit Digidesign web site for the latest update in regards to Leopard compatibility situation.

Digi was waiting for the 10.5.2 release
Apparently it was to fix several core audio bugs that were causing trouble with digis code/driver
Some reports on the DUC claim they have PTLE running ok n leopard so maybe try the troubleshooting threads there see if you have any luck
Other than that if you have used PT for any amount of time you know there is only one thing you can do...
wait.... and keep waiting :s

I hear you man.
On a side note i am running PT 7.1 on XP through bootcamp and its the most stable setup i have evr used with the mbox. Go figure
Anyhow thats with a macbook but you have to run the mbox of the usb port near the firewire port. The other usb port has power issues with macs and ts demonstrated nicely with the mbox running like junk of that port

Update guys.... DigiDesign Announce ProTools HD Compatiblity with Leopard
It's not LE, but apparently it's part of a 'phased approach'...so maybe that means another 6 months?
Let's hope its June.. just to boost some new EOFY Sales for Digi...
