Continued from Part 6: forum-replies.cfm?t=753569&p=51

***THE RULES***

- DO NOT POST "I also signed up to that offer!" posts - we don't need them.

- DO NOT POST "My X arrived! Colour me excited!" posts. Check first to see if others have already posted - if so - don't, we don't need a page full of Me Too posts.

- DO post brand new freebie offers that you have not yet seen in the thread.

- DO feel free to be humorous or even ask for additional info about Freebies that are not available online. But if they are online, check the website first.

- DO tell us if something is not as stated - but we only need one or two people to tell us, not a dozen "ME TOO!" posts.

- Websites where you play games online, or download games, are NOT Freebies. Keep them in the general OtI threads or Games Lounge. Thank you.

If you post "me too" type posts or "I just got my X!" type posts, your post will probably be deleted with prejudice.

The wiki link is here: Freebies Please consider posting your Freebie there.

The Australian Dinosaur Story - poster

Have you ever wondered what it would have been like to live in a world inhabited by dinosaurs? Now you can learn more about that time by taking a step back millions of years through a new poster, the Australian Dinosaur Story.

The poster helps you explore the ancient fossilised footprints at Lark Quarry, the world's only recorded dinosaur stampede, near Winton in Queensland. This amazing place shows more than 3300 fossilised dinosaur footprints.

This poster for you to keep shows you how the footprints were created, and shows Skartopus dinosaurs (small creatures about the size of chickens) and Wintonopus (believed to be up to the size of an emu) running from the large, threatening Tyrannosauropus (about 8 or 9 metres long, with a hip height of about 2.5 metres, and a head height of about 3.5 metres).

(max order of 5 copies)

a programme similar to RAC's free2go exists in most states. For example, in NSW & ACT, NRMA runs the Free2go programme. QLD's RACQ has Free2go, and RACV also runs it. So if you know any car operating teenagers in Australia, tell them about this, and they can get free roadside assistance plus all the other benefits of being an auto club member.

free CD about minerals in a diet

Dead Doctors Don't Lie

He sets out to deliberately provoke the listener to sit up and take notice, and has probably been responsible for more awareness regarding minerals than any other single source of information. (Millions of CDs and tapes have been distributed).

But the CD is very entertaining, and it does make you look at minerals with a whole new perspective. It is well worth a listen!

From the wording "you are invited to make a gold coin donation...", it doesn't sound like you *have to*, it's for charity anyway. But thanks for pointing it out, I didn't read it properly before.
