It sound simple but I can not get it going:

I can tranfer calls from SIP to SIP phone but when I pickup the call on an FXS port of my digium card I can not tranfer the call.

I press Flash ( on the analogue phone) , which puts the caller on hold, then dial the SIP extension, talk to the person and when I then hung up the caller the call doesn't tranfer. The caller stays in the queue and does not get transfered. Am I missing something simple?

Do you have transfer=yes and threewaycalling=yes in your zapata.conf?

threewaycalling: If enabled, you can place a call on hold by pressing a hook flash, whereupon you get a dialrecall tone and can make another call. Default: no.
threewaycalling=yes

transfer: This option has effect only when threewaycalling=yes. If threewaycalling=yes and transfer=yes, then once you've placed a call on hold with a hook flash, you can transfer that call to another extension by dialing the extension and hanging up. Default: no.
transfer=yes

this can be complicated...sometimes the configuration for transferring (ie whether you press # or ## etc) needs to me reconfigured in (I think) features.conf. Also, using the asterisk* CLI> to troubleshoot the problem can help.

Sometimes the ATA's do not pass ## etc on..depends what is in the dial plan. I have posted previously re these issues; you can find content on this forum via Google

When you press "flash" do you hear "transfer" ??

Try ## and then go through the process...
