I'd call Lenovo directly... if they don't know, that's a bit of a concern :)

Call them.
It may be in warranty which they can check, otherwise give you the details you need.

I know they would have to replace the whole LCD screen because of the burn in but i would need servicing where it would not take more than an hour because i need this laptop 24/7 for school and business. I dont want to hand it to them for 2 weeks i need it done really really quickly.
it's brand new and was still in box and gotten off ebay, they guy sells hundreds of stuff anyway its got 1yr warranty.

Hmm.. you're a tough customer :)
Unless you've paid for some sort of priority service, then I'd think a 1 hour service is unlikely.. especially because they have to work out what the problem is and then source/replace parts.

I'll even pay up to $60 for priority service and anything more warranty can cover also the only problem is the burn in which decided to show up this morning and i dont know how it even happend, nothing i did could of caused it.

Actually it is possible to get the laptop on the same day however you would need to pay a premium price. It takes IBM to fix the laptop in one day maximum unless something rare occurs.

I think any priority service would cost quite a bit more.. Though I'd suggest calling Lenovo if you haven't already, rather than discussing what might be possible, here :)
