PLEASE HELP! iv had this problem over a year now. Iv deleted (including hiddenfiles) and reinstalled azureus i have all green lights on at the bottom iv port forwarded my router but still have no download speeds iv gone back to just my modem firewall is off still all green lights at the bottom and again its not moving i use xp on sp2 my ip address with the modem is 89.241.162.0 i never had a problem until about a year ago or even longer it may of been after an update but now what ever i try doesn't seem to work. would you have any other suggestions. Also iv tried other downloader's but still have the same problem
