So it's not really free of charge, when you take into account your time, the petrol costs and any tolls you might have to pay to get there. |

If you like to drive there and leave it for 2 hours then go back . You will have to bring your receipt with you.. They may still charge you because unless you say there is something wrong, they can still charge you. This was the advice from SE Customer service number 1300 *** |

Anyone know when 3 is going to release R1ED001? Other networks have it, but we're still on the old firmware for some reason. Apparently R1ED001 improves the camera quality! =) |

My K800i from 3 currently has R1CB001 on it, yet the 3 support website says that the K800i launch software is R2L002. |

Honestly Hutchison's '3' is useless. There has been a few updates out already, yet we're still stuck on the RCB001. |

Today I managed to update firmware with sony update manager to R1ED001 from R1CF001 not sure why some one needed to pay for it. However it doesn't tell what is expected from new firmware. Will check other replies to see what u guys found... |

There is no work around, you need to manually re enter them, which is why you should take note of them all |

Latest firmware: 7 euros cost — About $12 AUD Done it myself , it also debranded the phone (Optus Zoo) I am on three network. If this firmware debrands my phone is it possible to get back all the internet and mms settings. What happend in ur case of optus network? |
