" Download session invaid

Possible reasons

Download-session expired. Direct-links last a few minutes for free users and a few days for premium-users.
You requested this download-session from a different IP than yours. If you use AOL, try a different browser."

I dont use AOL...and i've tried it with internet explorer and firefox

There pretty witty rapidshare!

If you have gone over a certain quota try going back in another Hour or Two and see if its the same.

There have been a few proggies in the past that used to bypass the waiting but RS are on to it and are continually updating.

Other than that having to wait for download tickets I would suggest getting a premiere account depending on your needs.

Good Luck.

Yeah, I got the same problem.
I tried to find the problem by uploading a file, then used the links had been created to download that file but I got the same message "Download session invalid..."

I dont use AOL, dont use proxy, don't hide proxy, don't change IP address.

And I got that problem for more than a week. During that time, I didn't (couldn't) download anything from rapidshare.

Anyone know?

Rapidshare has started using two new servers as well as the existing Alpha and Omega servers as I understand it and I am unable to link to the files on these new ones. You are probably experiencing the same thing as myself and will be able to see that the links are mirrored to either Berlin or Zephyre. It doesn't seem to be a problem when I'm at work so I'm wondering if its to do with our service providers. I've tried a number of utility type programs but nothing helps, so I can only imagine that we are being blocked for some reason.

Your problem may be similar to mine in that your ISP might use a transparent proxy (like Adam internet, also internode i think), was told that it causes my dns to resolve to ADNAP.adam.com.au and thus rapidshare locking me out as other Adam users visiting rapidshare prior to me :/ - i'm not 100% sure, although occasionally it works??

Westnet in NSW use a proxy, and, try as they might, they just can't seem to keep-up with rapidhare changing IP's all the time on their servers.

Internode do. We get similar issues in Adelaide with the Internode Adelaide proxy, they add Rapishare ip's within 24hours of being notified.. Westnet is suppose to be better or equal to Internode with user support, but uh if they arent keeping up with this one they are honestly well behind in this particular race.

I've the same problem with TGP.

Their customer service replayed to me saying that I've to better read the contract (transparent proxy issue).

So I'm paying monthly fees and I'm not satisfied with TGP's service, who is the winner?

Finally thanks to Edmon and Edriann (TPG's staff) my connection is working very well, oh... sometimes it performs better than I pay for. Cheers!
