can someone help me, i spent the past 2hrs on and off the phone with support and have got no where.

i have a billion 7300n on adsl2, i am having constant dropouts, like every 2-5mins, its driving me mad.

this is my first day i have connect to it, but it was provisioned 1.5 weeks ago.

my ADSL details are bellow.

looks like it has some what improved, it has been connected for over 1hr so far.

but it still seems a bit slow loading some websites up.

Now its fine,
Bigpond must have dropped out between 12am and 9am for me

Sometimes it does happen. Not sure whether it's Bigpond or not but sometimes it will run fine, others it will drop out quite regularly. Really quite annoying.

At least it's fixed for the moment! ;)

I've noticed that the connection is slower and there are dropouts when it's windy.

All i have noticed is that when it is a primetime time for people to use the internet (around 6-9PM) or something like that, things seem to run slower. However, when i have been up til 3-4AM in the morning, it seems a lot, lot better. Very weird.

I motive whenever the net didn't work it last for hours or more serious. So when this rare things do hapen it happens like a Friday night or weekend.
