I know this is probably pretty standard stuff, and really it's not a huge big deal, however:

"3.2.3 Once the Minimum Contract Term is over, the Customer’s service will continue to renew automatically, and the Customer will continue to be charged for the service, until such time as the Customer cancels the service."

and

"4.5.1 The Customer may terminate their TPG ADSL/ADSL2+ service by giving TPG at least 30 days written notice. The Service has to be paid up to the end of the notice period."

There's no way around the 30 day written notice to cancel?

Anyone?

3.2.3
after 12/18 months it becomes month to month (still a contract)

4.5.1
to break the 'contract' you need to give them 30 days

you can do it any time out of contract
either pay up and use the 30days
or pay up and leave and fore go the value of the paid 30 days

You can give 30 days notice before the end of the contract, if you wish to cancel at the end of the contract

Hope this helps,
