I am sick and tiered of this incompetent company.

I have ceased my service with them 8 months ago but every month they deduct money out of my account via bsb and acc number.

Every single month they apologize and claim it wont happen again.

I suggest to anyone to run clear from this adolescence of a company.

They take every month random amounts from $10 to $50 and always on from the 1st to the 7th of every month.

I will be contacting the bank once more but this time to cease them from taking money and have been today getting ready a legal team to not only stop this culprits but to compensate me for the unjust act.

Not everyone has net access most older generation wont even check they account every day and if this goats are doing it to me what about the other users.

This same thing also has happen to a family friend in one of my earlier threads a few months back..

I am sure there are people out there..... with this issue

Last month you said you disconnected the service 12 months ago ago, and they only started debiting you two months ago...

In that thread it was mentioned by another forum member you may not have even cancelled your account with them, but you didn't reply.

When did you *actually cancel* the service with Netspace? Were you in a contract? Just because you don't use the internet doesn't mean Netspace will cancel your account...

I smell a bit of PEBKAC.

If you have cancelled with them, they can not legally withdraw funds from your accounts. You can sue them. Call your bank and tell them to reject any transaction request from them.

Every time this happens i don't relay just on email i actually talk to you folks and you guys apologize and then claim it wont happen ever again as you guys erase the ban info but ........ :@

Transfer all the money to ANOTHER Account
and CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT

Start billing the ISP for the BS they are causing
and deduct money from there account which is the same
as the money there taking from you

perhaps, it can always be better handled rather then firing with emotion and just make a query in here as you have seen thats a isp rep has whimed you hopefully its resolved soon. unsure if you have called accounts department and have had the opportunity to speak with a supervisor, that also may have fixed it far earlier then now, next time you may like to try this avenue also

Just contact the bank and make sure the bank know whats going on, so they can block any direct debit from netspace.

Also getting ready for legal team over this issue, just a wasted of your time and money. GL tho

I think people shouldn't necessarily make up their mind about companies based on the contents of anonymous posts on internet forums. Just as a general rule.

I doubt it, but I hope your issue, whatever it is, is resolved soon.
