[I have had next g with the new gateway for about 3 weeks now. Today when i turn my pc on the Bigpond connection client doesnt start and comes up with the following error message]
Perhaps you could try this:-
1.Enter the Admin IP Address and Default Username/Password in your browser to check the Summary display.(info on underside of router)
2.Click Diagnostics/Diagnostics and view the display.
3.Click Diagnostics/System log then Configure System log to Debug/Debug and view the log. (disable log when done)
4.If that doesn't help or you can't be bothered with 1-3 above
5.Just press and hold (for 5 seconds) the reset button on the back of the unit then enter your username including the '@bigpond.com' and your password under NextG Settings and hit connect.
Note a hard reset is not the same as powering down the router.
