So Last week my internet wasn't working, no dsl light was on, talked to a technician and suggested try my other phone point connect with just the modem, did that, no dsl light either. Suggested trying another modem, exactly same thing happened. Also tested My normal phone, it worked fine. First Spoke to Technical support on Friday ( last week ) and tested with another modem on Monday, and called them back to say problem still existed, which the technician said they would send someone out to have a look at the exchange in the next couple of days. Called back on Wednesday night as internet was still not working, Technician said they would be out there sometime, I asked for a specific day, he went and checked and came back and said, will be done tomorrow ( Thursday ), as my job sheet is on top of the pile of jobs, and that there was only 4 jobs in total to do. Called Back Thursday night as internet still not working, was told that the guy ‘didn’t get around to it’, and he told me ‘he might get out there in the next few days’
How annoying.
Any suggestions to get it moving faster, asked to speak to level 2 , the guy said they will tell you the same thing …
are there still amnet reps on here ....
