I am into my new billing cycle but have not been unthrottled. Can anyone from AAPT on the forum assist? I am fully paid up and the "see what you've used" feature shows me at the start of my quota, but I can't get more than 70Kbps.

Yes, the first thing I did was do an IP renew and then a modem reset.

The techical support department is open 24/7. It should take about a minute to unthrottle you, if you just pick up the phone and give them a call, assuming that you are indeed incorrectly throttled.
