im on the goldcoast and had a look at the news desk but there is nothing about issues on the goldcoast with connection(using my mobile at the moment)

Is anyone else having issues as i cant get through on help desk number either

I'm in Victoria so i cant help you much as far as queensland service, are you on a ADSL or ADSL 2+ port and is your phone bundled with netspace?

Are you able to make calls to other numbers, and what type of problem are you having with your connection, lost sync, lost authentication or dataflow issues?

It may just be your bit of copper from the exchange that is acting but we will need further infomation to be sure.

What number are you dialing? 131456 works fine for me!

BTW, I'm not on the Gold Coast, but not having any problems.

im on the banora point exchange

net went down about 4hrs ago

tried 3 different modems and 3 different computers

no phone connected to my line as i only use it for adsl ( adsl1 8000/384)

modem shows adsl details eg: speed etc but will not connect full stop

main modem dynalink rts1025w
