Had a similar experience today afternoon. No internet and pages could not find server. Nothing had changed from the previous night when the internet was working. However, I did notice that I was still able to receive E-mail and only the Spin website loaded. So i went to my Modems setup and changed my ADSL username to [phonenumber]@spin.net.au whereas previously according to the modem setup guide (Billion 7300) on the spin website it should be [phonenumber]@dsl.spin.net.au For Users in ACT, WA, NT, SA & TAS. Not sure why this is in the guide, but changing it to [phonenumber]@spin.net.au solved the problem instantly. Hope that helps..
