As far as i know, my Soul off peak times were between 2AM and 12PM. I have a download scheduler that only allows downloads between these times, so imagine my suprise when i see that 3.5GB of data has been charged to my On Peak quota according to Soul Internet Usage in the webmail portal?

Anyone know anything about changed off-peak times??

No changes on the SOUL Off peak and On peak, unless you have been migrated to new SOUL TPG Plans.

You may check your usage time in and out to verify if its counted during peak or off peak.
