Mysoul's mail server has been unresponsive (and/or returning errors) since at least early this morning. Maybe they have sacked their mail server tech along with everyone else. Surely a competent company could fix a mail server within 12 hours... Oh I forgot... we are talking about Mysoul... |

What is the exact error message? Have you tried accessing your email via Webmail? The POP3 error is "The operation timed out waiting for a response from the POP server". Yes of course I have tried webmail. The error it's returning is "ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server." Per my original post the server is unresponsive and/or returning errors. |

yes mine isn't working either. Windows mail just sits "Checking mail". I then get a dialogue box that says "Your pop3 server has not responded in 60 seconds. Do you want to wait?" Cancel out and a message comes up Account: 'pop3.mysoul.com.au', Server: 'pop3.mysoul.com.au', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19 Webmail isn't working either: ERROR |
