Hello On Sunday my internet MySoul ADSL2 dropped off (Router said AUTH_FAIL), I called MySoul (30min wait) and they said I was disconnected due to non payment. I had direct Debit setup but it had failed for a few months (invalid expiry date or invalid details????). I had not received an email or phone call from MySoul during the 2 month period that the Direct Debit was setup (and failing) and no warning of a pending disconection!!!!! I Updated my direct debit details and paid the ammount due over the phone. The rep said they woulod reconnect it same day (yesterday). Today I still have not been reconnected and I am still getting AUTH_FAIL. Can any MySoul rep please assist me with my problem as I cant call in Work hours and need my connection back up. Hi, I have no idea how Soul could have invalid details for my direct debit as I had been paying with the same details for at least a year. They couldn't explain it either. |

I spoke to MySoul yesterday and they said I would be back online in hours but 24 hours and counting now. Any MySoul Reps around today? |
