Hi,

My internet provider is dodo and I am using outlook for email. I can receive email but can't send them or rather I can send them but noone receive them.How can I fix this ?

Try removing the account from outlook and resetting account up.

SMTP Mail Server:
smtp.dodo.com.au

POP3 Mail Server:
pop.dodo.com.au

I was with Dodo dialup and kept my Dodo email address when I got Internode broadband.My home phone is still with Dodo.Anyhow,I have exactly the same problem as Moonlight.
I solved it by getting Mozilla Thunder Bird,which I can send from.I still open Outlook to read emails.This is maybe a bit weird but as I am no Bill Gates I will stick with this arrangement until something better comes along.Also,there is a limit to how many emails you can have in your Outlook with Dodo and maybe you will need to delete some of them.I agre with your thoughts on Dodo's help desk,you may as well ask the cat.

Erk! Most dangerous way of using a PC... Opera or Thunderbird are decent email clients, both work fine with dodo.

Perhaps OP needs to check the outgoing SMTP setting, make sure it's pointing at dodo's server (smtp.dodo.com.au) with no authentication.

you dont have an email stuck in your outbox ?
