I am on livenet5 and well me been a web dev 5GB is why to small for me i found out but if i go to the 20GB one do i have to wait with out net for 1-2 months again like i did when going from 512?

It shouldn't because you are already on the ADSL2+ system.

Okay i will be out of BW by tomorrow and so if i call aapt and ask to be updated to one with more BW how long will it tack to get on the new plan. and will there be any downtime for my net?

there wouldn't be any downtime... the swap from 5gb to 20gb would be an administrative change on their end, no involvement of powertel. my guess is that it would take a couple of days to process at the very most.
keep in mind, though, that the monthly allowances are based on a pro-rata model... so if you upgrade part way through your billing cycle, you'll only get part of the new allowance until the billing cycle ticks over to the new month (but then you'd only pay part of the fee too, so financially it is a fair system)
the pro-rata quota is something like: (n/30)*q, where n is the days remaining until your new billing cycle, and q is your new quota. The pro-rata fee is the same equation

The usage for LiveNet is actually reset after your next billing cycle, you might want to upgrade it about 2 days before whichever cycle you are on.
