Could a rep please have a look at why it is impossible to log in at present?

It just hangs. No activity at all after typing in account number/password.

The server is now displaying an internal error message!

Hi,

Adam and I aren't monitoring this queue real time so hot issues like this really need to be called in to our queue. There was zero seconds wait time this morning so it would have been the way to go.

If you are still having problems, please call the queue tomorrow – there is a call wait tonight due to a network problem (see separate thread.)

When you log-in to your online billing... try using your account number and for the password your last invoice number... :)
