User #22545 2083 posts Ant Baba Whirlpool Forums Addict	This is my story about Netspace, This company has been taking money of me for 2 months after 10 months not using them (4 times) even thought i disconnected the service 1 year ago. What was funny was the fact that they took in these forms 25.58 59.81 164.24 79.56 And to add more to the twist on the Account Direct Debit they use to take my money they used NOS After number of calls they kept saying it wasn't them. Took them to the ACCC and FairTrading and after not only i was payed back all the money by Netspace but not even apologized, they claim system error but this is no acceptable by anyone to be charged like this. Plus Westpac took a legal action on this as its no doubt its not a System Error as they claim and pending investigation atm. Cos if you only tell Telstra to disconnect your voice line (or Telstra disconnect it for not paying your bill), Netspace won't know this and keep billing for ADSL.	anchor posted 2008-Jul-23, 9am AEST
