It all started with the World's first IP-powered toaster. Since then Internode has had many firsts: The first non-Telstra telecommunications network in 2001 (Coorong Regional network); The first in Australia to offer ADSL2+ in 2005; The first in Australia to offer Annex M ADSL2+ in 2006; and The first in Australia to offer commercial IPv6 to customers nationally in 2008.
All this exciting innovation coupled with Internode's top-class network, support, products and value-added benefits (premium USENet, the Games Network and unmetred content to name a few) makes Internode an awesome ISP.
So where to now for Internode, What will be the next big "first"?

Giving Sol and his mates at Tel$tra a big rasberry on behalf of all the other tenders when Tel$tra loses the NBN tender? ^_-

There are a few others.
First to offer broadband services over multipoint radio in 1997; First to build an area wide WiMAX network; First to offer consumer VoIP calls (Coorong Network); First to install ADSL in an exchange where Telstra did not already have ADSL.

Internode has worked out how to control both space and time, by manipulating a universal portal of light through any object from any distance to provide us all with 100mbps internet.
Pretty cool eh? :P Internode is 1337 spelled backwards.

bugger Q'land :D Build out into more regional SA area's like Crystal Brook. The NextGen East-West backhaul fibre runs right thru the middle of town, alongside the rail line, needs a breakout point tho :(
