your a bit early a week or two to go before the first of august so your contract has not yet expired

when expired go to the isp you wish to churn to and navigate to churn and follow that isp's instructions and fillin the relevant details they ask for

then when done wait until you do not have the internet, you should have instructions passed on to you meanwhile to instruct you with details such as your new username and password you will need to reconfigure your adsl modem with these details reboot and you should be connected to the new isp

its that easy usually

Thank you for reply.

I will churn to TPG but I have Optus phone line now so I have problem to churn TPG because they use Telstra line.

I can find box that Telstra's mark on it I think both Telstra and Optus copper connected to house or Optus bill me but the copper owned by Telstra.

***(If the telephone box named Telstra is it the copper line owned by Telstra or Telstra and Optus copper line connected together?)

I'm not sure ADSL2+ fast churn will be able or not.

If Optus to Telstra takes too long like 2 weeks. I want to try to change before contract finished.

If situation like this able to leave early? I paid for next month broadband service fee.

Thank you.

If you have an ADSL service with Netspace, then you are able to churn to any ISP as the copper line is essentially telstra's.

I believe Netspace has some adsl2 plans that use the optus network. if this is the case, you will not be able to do a churn. you would have to cancel your netspace account and sign up with your new provider after you change to optus's network

i believe churning only works if you are on adsl1 as telstra is the ONLY supplier to all of the ISP's
