Internode customers suffering email outage

UPDATE | Internode reports the issue has been resolved fully as of 2:45CST.
IN BRIEF | Internode has suffered a "major hardware failure affecting multiple servers", which brought down its email and web hosting services.
The outage began late on Friday morning, and Internode has had to resort to switching to its disaster recovery facility, with recovery at 60% as of 2PM Saturday.
Internode managing director Simon Hackett apologised for the downtime, and blamed a "very high end dual site / fully redundant SAN system" for the failure.
According to the outage advisory, Internode expects total recovery by 4PM Sunday (was 8AM Sunday morning).
