We get a lot of these threads in C&W, and the answer is: How long is a piece of string?

Please do not post these threads without being able to go into detail about what you want the website to do.

Example:

- Who is hosting your site? Do you want that included in the cost?
- What do you want to achieve with your hosted website?
- What is your website for?
- Do you want coding, or coding and graphic design?
- Are you going to be selling something (eg eCommerce)?
- What is your target market and demographic?
- How much traffic do you envisage your site getting?
- Who will maintain your website after it is complete?
- Do you need the provider to train people to update your site?

These are just a very small sample of the questions you need to ask yourself (or your boss) before posting here.

Generic "How much would it cost me to build a website" threads may be deleted and pointed to this sticky.
